Shipping/Handling:

All purchases are shipped via Canada Post. We try to send all purchases within 2 days of payment however should I be away vending at a festival or show it may be an extra day or two. You will receive a confirmation email when your purchase is shipped. Shipping rates are as follows:

Regular shipping - First 5 items

Priority shipping (includes insurance and tracking) - First 5 items

Each additional item beyond 5 is an extra $1 in shipping worldwide.

Customs regulations vary around the world. The buyer is solely responsible for any customs or duty charges that may apply to purchases. Arahu Originals takes care to pack products safely and securely, and will not be held liable for damage done to products that may be incurred by customs agents.

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. While I am certain you will love your new adornment, should there be a problem with your purchase once it arrives, please email me to make arrangements for an exchange or credit. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, and all returns must include original invoice and packaging. All returns must be made within 5 business days of the product's arrival, and the customer will not be re-imbursed for the original shipping charges. I provide multiple photos of each piece, along with accurate descriptions and measurements to aid in your purchasing decision. If you are uncertain about a piece, please keep looking until you find exactly what you are looking for.
